Payment

Payment is via  Australian Bank Account deposit .  You can pay in person at a branch or via internet transfer. We now accept credit cards, but do not accept    digital currencies, PayPal or any other forms of payment. Payment instructions are supplied on checkout.

Postage

Orders are shipped out on a weekly basis   only via Australia Post Rgistered / Standard    with tracking. Items are packed  discretely with no indication of contents. All orders will be provided with a tracking number with their shipment confirmation.  Orders arrive within 3 to 10 days subject to Australia Post schedules. We recommend you   select the insurance option when  checking out, this can be selected in the drop down box  for postage.

Correct Name & Address Details

It's vital that you provide us with the  correct   name and address details when you order from us. We take no responsibility for parcels that are lost due to incorrect details being supplied.

Lost Parcels

If in the rare event your parcel is lost in   transit, we will reship your order free of charge if you have purchased insurance during checkout.  However we will not reship if the tracking  for the parcel indicates "delivered". In such cases you will need to take it up with Australia Post.
