Frequently Asked Questions


Payment is via  Australian Bank Account deposit only.  You can pay in person at a branch or via internet transfer. We do not accept credit cards, digital currencies, PayPal or any other forms of payment. Payment instructions are supplied on checkout.


Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days from cleared payment.   Orders are
shipped only via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Items are packed  discretely with no indication of contents. All orders will be provided with a tracking number with their shipment confirmation.  We recommend you   select the insurance option when  checking out, this can be selected in the drop down box  for postage.

Correct Name & Address Details

It's vital that you provide us with the  correct   name and address details when you order from us. We take no responsibility for parcels that are lost due to incorrect details being supplied.

Lost Parcels

If in the rare event your parcel is lost in   transit, we will reship your order free of charge if you have purchased insurance during checkout.  However we will not reship if the tracking  for the parcel indicates "delivered". In such cases you will need to take it up with Australia post.
